Do I need any training experience to start at ZenithX?

Not at all. Most of our members started with little or no gym experience. Every session is coached and scaled to your current fitness level, so whether you've been training for years or you're picking up a barbell for the first time, you'll feel supported from day one.

What happens during my first visit?

Your free intro is a one-on-one consultation with a coach. We'll chat about your goals, health history, and what you're hoping to achieve. There's no obligation — it's simply a chance for us to learn about you and show you how we can help.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and clean trainers. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you like. We have everything else you'll need at the studio.

We're at 38A High Street in Toowong, just off the main strip. Street parking is available nearby, and we're a short walk from the Toowong Village shopping centre and the Toowong train station.
