If you’re a beginner just starting out, training 2–4 times per week is enough to see results and help your body adjust.
You’ll likely feel sore some days, so be sure to give yourself recovery time between sessions. Over the following months, you can gradually build up to 5 sessions per week if you’re looking to maximise your results.
