Attend an initial consultation with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to review your GP referral, medical history, current pain or condition, and goals. You’ll also tour the facility and discuss how your Medicare-supported sessions will be structured.

YOUR TRAINING

Complete a clinical assessment to establish safe movement capacity, identify limitations, and set clear rehabilitation priorities. Your personalised exercise program is then developed to align with your condition and GP-recommended care plan.

HOLD POLICY

You can place your membership on hold for up to 3 months once per calendar year, as long as your account is up to date. Additional or extended freezes may be approved for travel, medical, or hardship reasons with supporting documentation. Freeze requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your intended start date and cannot be backdated. Membership payments and access are paused during this time. Holds are not permitted during your 28-day cancellation notice period.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel anytime after your minimum term ends by providing 28 days’ written notice. If you’re still within your minimum term, you may cancel early without penalty for medical or bankruptcy reasons with supporting documentation. New members also have a 14-day cooling-off period (Comfort Guarantee) to cancel. All cancellations must be emailed to admin@zenithx.com.au with your full contact details and reason for cancellation. Final payments will be processed up until the end of your notice period.
